The kitchen layout was adjusted to maximize mudroom storage — a practical upgrade that makes a real difference every single day.
A Basement Built for Entertaining
The finished basement was elevated significantly from the standard plan. A gas fireplace anchors the recreation room, and a strategically placed wet bar makes the lower level a genuine destination for entertaining. A full guest bathroom serves the space as well.
The Outdoor Living Space
The vaulted ceiling was extended all the way out to the enlarged covered deck, creating a seamless transition between the interior and the outdoors. A custom wall of windows with double sliding doors makes the outdoor area feel like a true extension of the home. The deck includes a hot tub with privacy walls, aluminum and illuminated glass railings, and Trex composite decking built for four seasons of Ontario living.
