Hollow's Landing

Davis New Homes is proud to introduce Hollow's Landing — an exciting new community development coming to the Bay of Quinte region. Following the success of Woodland Heights in Quinte West, Hollow's Landing represents the next chapter in our mission to create exceptional communities where families can build the life they have always imagined.

A New Community Worth Watching

Hollow's Landing is being developed with the same philosophy that has guided every Davis New Homes community since 1989 — preserve the natural character of the land, design streets and lots that work for real families, and build homes that are engineered to last and finished to impress. As a builder who also develops the land, Davis New Homes has full control over how the community takes shape from the ground up.

What to Expect

While full details are being finalized, Hollow's Landing will bring the same hallmarks that have made Woodland Heights one of the most talked-about new home communities in Quinte West:

Large premium lots designed to take advantage of the natural setting. A curated selection of Davis New Homes plans to suit a range of lifestyles and budgets. Direct builder access — you work with Ben, Alex, and the team from day one. Locked-in pricing with no surprise increases at closing. Turn-key service including permits, landscaping, and site preparation.

Why the Bay of Quinte Region?

The Bay of Quinte region in Eastern Ontario continues to attract families, retirees, and professionals relocating from the GTA, Ottawa, and beyond. With a lower cost of living, access to nature, high-speed internet, natural gas, and Highway 401 connections, communities like Hollow's Landing offer a quality of life that is simply not available in larger urban centres.
