We are still smiling. The Grand Opening of our Crimson King Model Home at Woodland Heights on Saturday, May 4, 2024 was everything we hoped it would be — and then some. To every family, couple, and individual who came out to 40 Deerview Drive in Quinte West that day, thank you sincerely from every member of the Davis New Homes team.
A Community That Showed Up
The response from the Bay of Quinte community was remarkable. Visitors came from Quinte West, Trenton, Belleville, Prince Edward County, and as far as the GTA and Ottawa to tour through the Crimson King and experience the Woodland Heights community firsthand. The enthusiasm in the air was something our team will not soon forget.
From the moment the doors opened at 10:00am, the model home was filled with curious homebuyers, returning clients, and community members who had watched this home take shape over the past several months. Seeing the reactions when people walked into the great room and faced that wall of windows — the moment they stepped onto the covered outdoor deck and felt how seamlessly the indoor and outdoor spaces connect — that is what building homes is all about for us.

What Visitors Were Saying
The feedback we received throughout the day was overwhelming. Visitors consistently highlighted the quality of the finishes, the functionality of the floor plan, the outdoor living space, and the warmth of the Davis team. For many buyers coming from larger urban centres, the experience of meeting the actual builder, walking a finished product, and asking questions directly was a completely different experience from what they were used to — and a welcome one.
