Dream Home Tour

What does a truly custom luxury home look like when it is built exactly the way the owners imagined it? This dream home tour answers that question. Davis New Homes recently completed this stunning custom build featuring breathtaking Lake Ontario views, and we are giving you the full walkthrough.

Custom Luxury on Lake Ontario

Every detail of this home was designed around the views and the lifestyle of the people who live in it. From the moment you walk through the front door, the connection to the natural surroundings is undeniable. Large windows frame the water at every turn, and the open concept main floor creates a living space that feels as expansive as the landscape it overlooks.

What Makes a Davis Custom Home Different

When you build a custom home with Davis New Homes, you are not choosing from a pre-set package. You sit down directly with our design team and owners — Ben Davis, Alex Barratt, and Megan Greenly — and work through every aspect of the plan together. The layout, the finishes, the exterior details, the outdoor living space — everything is tailored to how you actually want to live.

This home is a perfect example of that process. The clients had a clear vision, and the Davis team delivered it without compromise. The result is a one-of-a-kind home that could not have been built any other way.
