We are pleased to announce another new project is underway! A derelict building was purchased by our clients and we have been contracted to tear it down and rebuild a brand new home! The community is excited to see the building come down to make way for a brand new home which will most certainly improve the curb-side appeal of this lovely part of Trenton, Ontario.

We are delighted to showcase the first of many finished home in Woodland Heights. The Riverside II is completed and the homeowners will be taking the keys to their new home shortly!
We sat down with our clients and tailored the Riverside to their exact specifications.
Most notably, the main floor bathrooms have been fairly significantly adjusted with the ensuite gathering more floor real estate to accommodate a built-in boutique station while still offering double sinks, standalone tub, ceramic tiled shower, a more discreet toilet area and full size linen closet. A transom window was added to the ensuite in addition to the standard oversized window centred to the standalone tub overlooking the private rear yard. The second main bathroom was reduced down to a generous powder room with handy pocket door to save on the door swing. If guests arrive, they will likely be downstairs in the finished basement where they will have access to their own full bathroom.
We reduced the size of the second bedroom at the request of our clients as they will use the room as an office and gave some of the space to the walk-in closet and primary bedroom.
We flipped around the access of the foyer closet and removed the pantry adjacent to the kitchen to make the closet in the mudroom larger. A stub wall was added to the foyer to provide further separation from the dining area.
The basement benefitted from a gas fireplace and wet bar strategically placed to allow for the most impact.
The main living space got a significant boost as the covered rear deck was upgraded! The vaulted ceiling was carried all the way out to the enlarged covered deck which allowed us to install the highly coveted custom wall of windows with double sliding doors. Now the outdoor living space is just an extension of the home. Quick access to deck and hot tub complete with privacy walls, aluminium and lit glass railing and Trex decking will provide endless hours of enjoyment all year long!
