Responsible for the accounting and record keeping, insurance, sales tax reporting, federal income tax reporting, outside CPA audits and human resources. Responsible for the financial and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include supporting clients in their selection of interior and exterior finishes, ordering materials, liasing with construction team members to translate the client vision to staff members.

MANAGER - SITE SUPERVISION
The Site Supervision Manager is responsible for back filling tasks in preparation of and in follow up to subcontractors. The Site Supervision Manager liaises with subcontractors, utility workers, municipal officials and clients leading up to and after the closing of a home.
When not at work, Phil can be found outside hiking and playing sports.

MANAGER - EARTH WORKS
The Earthworks Construction Manager is responsible for the overall success of the earthworks service line including excavation, landscaping, utility servicing and heavy equipment transportation and maintenance.

A Construction Technician is responsible to follow the lead of the Site Supervisor and execute the assigned tasks of each day.
